Rahat Ali

Graduated from National College of Arts Lahore in 2018, Rahat Ali has been fascinated by Archaeology, Museums, Antique pieces and is a collector of old coins and postal

stamps. After 10 years as a reader, during which he was introduced to a variety of Art and Literature, Rahat Ali translated a book of Intzar Hussain’s short stories “Akhri Aadmi” in Sindhi. 

Rahat Ali has taken part in group shows including, “Four Forty” at Sanat initiative Karachi (2022), Lahore Biennale LB02 “Between the Sun & The Moon” curated by Hoor Al-Qasmi (2020), Short Stories “Gallery 12.0 contemporary” Islamabad (2019), Degree Show (National College of Arts) Lahore 2018, “The Forty One” at Zahoor-ul-Ikhlaq Gallery (NCA) Lahore (2016) and “Preserving the Old and Making the New” solo show at Sanat Initiative (2023). Rahat currently lives and works in Badin, Sindh, Pakistan

Abbas Ali

Abbas Ali is a visual artist and visual exploror, born in 1997, Skardu Baltistan. He graduated with Honour in Fine arts (majoring in Miniature painting) from National College of Arts,

of Arts, Lahore in 2022. He is currently doing his MFA from Beaconhouse National University, Lahore. Abbas has worked in the field of Visual Arts for the past 7 years. He has participated in several group shows such as O Art Space (2022), Full Circle gallery (2022), Art Escape (2022) and VM Art Gallery (2023).

Nazar ul Islam

Nazar identifies as an inspired contemporary artist with unique and vibrant energy. He’s Pakistan’s eminent miniature painter and teacher. He’s employed in original Persian and

Mughal miniature techniques. He prefers to make his masterpieces with a mixture of Gouache and Water colours, layering and manipulating colour on commissural (Wasli sheets) to capture the fluidity of his creativity. With over many successful exhibitions under his belt, Nazar-ul-Islam is a seasoned professional artist. He focuses on the sensual nature of art reaching to depict the complications of life through a mixture of colour, texture and symbolism. Nazar was born on November 5 1981, has been trained from CEAD Mehran University and ACIAC. Experimenting with colours was Nazar’s true passion so he made his passion his profession. Currently he’s a faculty member at the Art council Institute of Art and Craft. The talent of art runs in his blood as he inherited this from his grandfather Ustad Shaikh Shuja-u-llah who had been associated with NCA (National council of Arts) Lahore as a miniature artist for a period of more than ten years. Ustad Shuja Ullah was also an educator of former Head of NCA Ustad Bashir Ahmed. For his many works, Nazar’s carefully selected art collections has won many honors like honorary 1st Position awards in several competitions held under many renowned institutions such Pak Army, Khana-e-Farhan-Irani conciliate, NAVTTC Program etc. He had also won Best art teacher Awards at APSAC at institution (2016) and regional (2018) levels.

Abdul Mannan

Born in 1996, Abdul Mannan is a visual artist residing in Lahore, Pakistan. He graduated from Punjab University in 2021. Currently he’s studying MFA from PUCAD. Mannan has
